SAGARDI Basque Country Chefs is a Basque Country restaurant based in the heart of the trendy neighbourhood of Shoreditch. Every day we offer a true Basque experience by bringing the best products directly from the producer to the table.
It is decorated following the trend of the Basque Cider houses with an extensive use of industrial steel, huge wooden tables and bare concrete floors, which fits very well with our neighbourhood.
Our private dining rooms are based on the Basque “txokos” (gastronomical societies), where the Basques come together to cook, experiment with new ways of cooking, eat and socialise, and they have been decorated to retain plenty of warmth and elegance. Specialised in hosting events, our services include: business breakfast, business meetings, private dining, private parties, conferences, seminars, coffee breaks, etc. And we are receptive to any other proposal.
