From Shoreditch, the new cultural and gastronomic epicentre of London, we have set out to share Basque culinary culture in all its splendour. Our restaurant is located in a historical building, Cordy House, an artistic icon from the 1980s, where we have striven to ensure that the design reflects the flavours of the sea and the Basque land. The restaurant has three areas in which you will enjoy different Basque experiences. The Bar area is the place to enjoy the traditional Basque pintxos with some wine, beer, cider or our cocktails. At the restaurant you will discover our Basque product-based dishes. Finally, downstairs there is a private room set in as the “Txokos” (Basque gastronomical societies), that can be easily divided into two private dining rooms.
